If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping fees.


We ship all items from fulfillment warehouse located in Nevada, Texas and Pensylvannia directly to you. Most items are delivered within 5 business days and have a 1-2 days of processing time.


If you would like a refund for any reason, please contact us for assistance. Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled and refunded with no restocking fees. Items that have been installed will be determined on a case by case basis. We make it a point to have you be 100% happy with your purchase. If you aren’t completely happy for whatever reason we will do our best to take care of you.


Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship for most of our products. Parts that are wear and tear are not warranted, however, we want you to be ecstatic with our products so we’ll work with you to replace whatever you need. We’ll provide the replacement parts close to our cost to get your car back on the track.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Gent5 products feature a limited lifetime warranty on craftsmanship on many items in our store. Look for the lifetime warranty text on the item page.

5 Year Limited Warranty

Gent5 products also feature a 5-year limited warranty on craftsmanship for certain items such as lighting and exhaust components.

Wear and Tear Items

Items such as exhaust gasket and similar are wear and tear items to be replaced everytime it is taken removed. We price it on the cheap so you can replace it without worry.
